Cancellation Policy

The notice and rescheduling rules that apply when plans change.

1. Scope

This Cancellation Policy applies to bookings with DR MADHU HEALING ACADEMY (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, trading as SooperMind™, including programs, workshops, camps, mentoring, parent sessions and related services, unless different written terms have been agreed for a particular institutional engagement.

2. Seven-day notice requirement

You must give us at least 7 calendar days’ written notice before the scheduled start of an offering to cancel or request rescheduling.

For a multi-session program or cohort, the notice period is measured from the first scheduled session, not a later session. A cancellation is effective when we receive the written request.

3. How to cancel or reschedule

Email support@soopermind.com with the participant’s name, purchaser or guardian name, offering, scheduled date and booking or payment reference. You may also call +91 94404 19712, but the request is not complete until confirmed in writing.

Rescheduling is subject to suitability, capacity and the schedule of future offerings. It is not guaranteed.

4. Late cancellations and no-shows

Cancellations made fewer than 7 calendar days before the scheduled start, failure to attend, or withdrawal after commencement are not eligible for a refund. We may, at our discretion, offer a future credit or transfer in exceptional documented circumstances.

Missed individual sessions within a cohort, mentoring package or camp are not separately refundable and may not be rescheduled.

5. Cohorts, workshops and camps

These offerings reserve facilitator time, venue capacity, materials and safeguarding resources in advance. Once the 7-day cancellation deadline has passed, the full agreed fee remains payable even if the participant cannot attend or complete the offering, subject to non-waivable rights under applicable law.

6. Changes or cancellation by SooperMind™

We may reschedule, relocate, change the facilitator or delivery format, combine groups or cancel an offering because of low enrolment, facilitator illness, safety concerns, venue issues, government directions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We will provide as much notice as reasonably possible. If we cancel and cannot provide a suitable replacement accepted by you, we will refund the fee paid for the undelivered offering. We are not responsible for separate travel, accommodation or other third-party costs unless required by law.

7. Credits and transfers

Any credit, participant substitution or transfer to another date is discretionary, must be confirmed by us in writing, may require the replacement participant to meet eligibility and consent requirements, and may be subject to a stated use-by date and price difference.
