Refund Policy

When a payment may be refunded and how to submit an eligible request.

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to fees paid to DR MADHU HEALING ACADEMY (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, trading as SooperMind™, for programs, workshops, camps, mentoring, sessions and related services unless a signed agreement or offering-specific written term states otherwise.

2. Refund eligibility

A refund request is eligible only when it is received before the offering begins and at least 7 calendar days before its scheduled start date.

Requests received within 7 calendar days of the start date, after an offering has begun, or after access to substantial digital or program materials has been provided are generally not refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

3. How to request a refund

Email support@soopermind.com with the participant’s name, parent or purchaser name, offering, payment date, transaction reference and reason for the request. The date on which we receive a complete written request determines eligibility.

We may ask for reasonable verification before processing the request.

4. Approval and processing

Approved refunds will ordinarily be initiated within 7–10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may take additional time to credit the amount.

Where permitted by law, non-recoverable payment-gateway, banking, foreign-exchange or administrative charges may be deducted. Taxes will be adjusted in accordance with applicable tax rules.

5. Non-refundable circumstances

  • Late requests, no-shows, missed sessions or voluntary withdrawal after the offering starts.
  • Partial attendance or failure to complete assignments or use included benefits.
  • Removal for serious misconduct or safety violations.
  • Travel, accommodation, equipment or third-party costs unless expressly included and stated as refundable.
  • Promotional, discounted or transferred places expressly sold as non-refundable, subject to applicable law.

6. Duplicate payments and cancellation by us

Verified duplicate or erroneous payments will be refunded. If SooperMind™ cancels an offering and does not provide a suitable rescheduled or equivalent option accepted by you, the fee paid for the undelivered offering will be refunded.

Where an offering is materially interrupted by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we may first offer rescheduling, a credit or an alternative delivery format, while preserving any rights you have under applicable law.

7. Transfers and credits

Fees and registrations are not automatically transferable. At our discretion, and where safeguarding, eligibility and capacity allow, we may approve a transfer to another date, cohort or eligible participant. Any credit or transfer must be confirmed by us in writing and may carry an expiry date.
