These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the SooperMind™ website and your registration for or participation in our programs, workshops, camps, mentoring, parent sessions, school engagements and related services. SooperMind™ is operated by DR MADHU HEALING ACADEMY (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED (“SooperMind”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using our website or purchasing, booking or participating in an offering, you agree to these terms.

Adults may use the website and contract with us on their own behalf. Where a participant is under 18, registration must be completed or authorised by a parent or lawful guardian.

• The parent or guardian confirms that the information supplied about the participant is accurate and complete.
• The parent or guardian consents to the minor’s participation and accepts these terms on the minor’s behalf.
• Relevant medical, accessibility, behavioural or safeguarding information must be shared before participation where it may affect safety or delivery.

A place is confirmed only after we accept the registration and receive any required fee. Prices, inclusions, schedules and payment arrangements will be those stated on the relevant booking page, invoice or written communication.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers under their own terms. Taxes will be charged where applicable.

Programs may be delivered in person, online or in a blended format. We may make reasonable changes to facilitators, venues, dates, session order, curriculum or delivery format where operational, safety or educational needs require it.

If we make a material change or cancel an offering, the remedies described in our Cancellation and Refund Policies will apply. Individual outcomes are not guaranteed and depend on participation, circumstances and consistent application.

Participants must treat facilitators, staff and other participants respectfully, follow reasonable safety instructions, protect confidential group discussions and avoid disruptive, abusive, discriminatory, dangerous or unlawful conduct.

We may suspend or remove a participant where reasonably necessary to protect safety, wellbeing, confidentiality or program integrity. Serious misconduct may result in removal without refund, subject to applicable law.

All website content, program frameworks, recordings, assessments, worksheets, presentations, graphics, trademarks and other materials supplied by us are owned by or licensed to SooperMind™. They are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not reproduce, record, publish, sell, distribute, teach from, adapt or commercially exploit our materials without prior written permission. You must not record sessions or other participants without express consent.

Our services support education, personal development and wellbeing. They are not medical care, psychiatric treatment, psychotherapy, crisis intervention or a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

If a participant is at immediate risk or experiencing a health or mental-health emergency, contact local emergency services or an appropriate qualified professional. Information on the website is general and should not be relied upon as individual professional advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss caused by inaccurate or withheld information, unauthorised reliance on general content, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under applicable consumer law. You agree to indemnify us against losses arising from your unlawful use of our services, infringement of another person’s rights or material breach of these terms.

We may restrict website access or suspend or terminate participation for material breach, non-payment, safety concerns, misuse of content or unlawful conduct. Provisions concerning payment, intellectual property, confidentiality, liability and dispute resolution continue after termination where their nature requires it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer protections and any required dispute process, courts with jurisdiction in Hyderabad, Telangana will have jurisdiction over disputes.
